CRJ 2010. Introduction to Terrorism Studies (3 credits) This course will provide a comprehensive multi-disciplinary exploration of terrorism from both a historical and contemporary perspective. Emphasis will be placed on the study of domestic and international terrorist motivations, strategies, and methods through the analysis of modern terrorist organizational structures and case studies of actual events. Attention will be provided to the strategic and political response the American criminal justice community has made since the attacks of September 11, 2001.
