ECN 3600. Introduction to Econometrics (3 credits) This is a basic course in econometrics. Students will acquire the necessary quantitative skills to conduct applied analyses. Topics will include hypothesis testing, multiple regression, regression diagnostics, time-series analysis and forecasting, and the interpretation of regression results. Students will be taught to use econometrics software. PREREQ: C or better in MAT 2150 or in MAT 2210, and C or better in DSC 3180 or in MAT 2100.
