ENG 5330. Working Class Literature (3 credits) Study of the contributions of working-class writers from the early 20th-century to the present, especially in the U.S., with an emphasis on the intersections among race, class, and gender in working-class culture. Particular attention will be paid to the interdisciplinary field of working-class studies.
