CSC 3020. Introduction to Cybersecurity (3 credits)
This course is designed for students with no security background and covers basic terminology and concepts in cybersecurity. Introduces threat model, CIA, authorization and authentication, secure programming, malware, web security, email security, operating systems security, network security, database security, security in cloud, privacy, security management and organizational policy, legal issues and ethics.
