OCCT 5650. Management, Advocacy, and Leadership (3 credits)

This course provides an overview of health care management principles. It includes discussions on practical issues at an institution, state, federal, and global level. Students learn how to effectively manage people and resources. Major emphasis is on advocacy, leadership, entrepreneurship, financial planning, and marketing.
