ECE 3130. Early Childhood Educators as Leaders (3 credits)

This course examines the leadership role of the early childhood educator. Topics include qualities of leaders, leadership skills development, early childhood professional organizations and their contributions to the field of early childhood education, and strategies for using leadership skills in the classroom, school, and community. 2.00 overall GPA or higher required.
