MUS 2440. Musical Theatre Song Study: 1967 - Present (2 credits)

A hybrid lecture and performance course focusing on the musical, historical, and dramatic analysis of modern musical theatre. Students will perform selected works at the end of the semester in a recital setting. PREREQ: MUS 1140 Theory I (for music majors) or permission of instructor.
