This course introduces the practical integration of technology within health and physical education, with a specialized focus on the emerging role of artificial intelligence (AI) in instructional design, assessment, and professional practice. Through hands-on exploration, students will examine digital tools, platforms, and AI-enhanced strategies that support teaching, learning, and engagement across diverse learning environments.
