MGT 5270. Leadership and Change (3 credits) This course will examine contemporary organizations and their leadership within the context of change management in a dynamic environment. In particular, the course will focus upon the concept of leadership as an interactive process and the means by which change is initiated and sustained. Throughout the course the relationship between strategy, structure, and culture will be highlighted.
