MGT 5300. Human Resources Management (3 credits) Course will examine how an organization secures, develops, maintains, and rewards employees to meet organization objectives. Topics include recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisal, compensation, benefits, and labor-management relations. Examines effective integration of human resource functions.
