PLS 2170. Judicial Process and Behavior (3 credits) An examination of the role of judges, lawyers, and jurors in the decision making process as influenced by their recruitment and socialization of the political framework in which they operate, and the various factors, ideology, attitudes, and values that influence their decisions. PREREQ: PLS 1000 or PLS 1010 .
