SED 3330. Teaching Students Who Need Adaptive or Functional Curricula (3 credits) This course is designed to give teacher candidates a broad working knowledge of the definitions, characteristics, causes, assessment, and services for students who require either an adaptive or functional curriculum. Characteristics will be addressed in relation to why and how specialized instruction can meet the learning and developmental needs of these individuals, specifically in areas of instructional and assistive learning. Field experience required. PREREQ: SED 3310 , SED 3320 .
