ENV 4100. Environmental Laws and Regulations (3 credits)

An overview of major federal and state environmental legislation. Topics covered will include agriculture, air and water pollution, hazardous waste, wetlands, endangered species, multiple use management, the governmental agencies responsible for administering/enforcing these laws, and private environmental organizations that affect policy decisions.
