ACC 3220. Financial Reporting and Analysis II (3) This course is a continuation of Financial Reporting and Analysis I with the goal of understanding the preparation, analysis and use of financial statements from the perspectives of internal and external users. Topics include advanced coverage of revenue recognition issues and the preparation and use of the statement of cash flows. The course continues the foundation for the study of consolidating financial statements, auditing, and forensic accounting and fraud examinations. PREREQ: C- or better in ACC 3210
