AIS 4620. Gender & Power in Native North America to 1900 (3 credits)

This course explores the history of North American Native societies and culture through the lens of gender. We will consider the role of women and also the lesser-explored study of masculinity and manhood. PREREQ: AIS/HST 1010 or AIS 1100 orAIS 1110 or HST 1020 or HST 1030
