Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education

Upon successful completion of the program of study in Mathematics Education and related requirements, graduates are eligible for a Standard Professional I license to teach in the State of North Carolina. General Education: 44 Sem. Hrs.

Major-Specific General Education Requirements


Second Academic Concentration: 18-30 Sem. Hrs.


(Several courses will also count towards General Education requirements.)

General Electives: 0-4 Sem. Hrs.


(Depending on second concentration requirements)

*Six hours of these specialty area courses will count towards General Education requirements.
