Prospective Mathematics Majors should start with MAT 1090  as their General Education course in mathematics.

The following may be used in place of MAT 1090 :

• MAT 1070. College Algebra (3 credits) and
• MAT 1080. Plane Trigonometry (3 credits)

• MAT 2210. Calculus I (4 credits)
