BIO 2080. Introductory Mycology (4 credits)
An exploration of fungal biology, with emphasis on diversity, morphology, physiology, and ecology. The course will familiarize students with major fungal taxonomy and local fungi identification. Special emphasis will be given to those that are of significant ethnomycological, economic, and pathogenic importance. Lecture with Laboratory. PREREQ: BIO 1000 with a C or better; BIO 1010
