FIN 5210. Investment Analysis (3 Credits)

This course introduces theoretical framework and quantitative tools that are critical for investment and its management. It covers different asset classes and their valuation as well as principles of portfolio management, risk-return trade-off, and diversification. Modern investment theory is addressed, and derivative products and their pricing mechanism are also discussed.
