FIN 5250. Entrepreneurial Finance (3 Credits)

This course acquaints the business person who is in an entrepreneurial environment with the particular issues involved in finance related to the particular needs and conditions of the emerging firm. Cash flow, valuation, managing growth, and raising private and public capital are topics explored through lectures and cases.
