MGT 3150. International Management (3 credits)

This course provides an in-depth examination of the special circumstances and management problems faced by organizations with operations in other nations and the effect that differences in these environments (culture, political systems, ethics, laws, etc.) influence their decisions. The course will aid future managers to understand the difference in organizations, human resources management, and leadership/management styles globally.  PREREQ: MGT 3060 and BUS3020 (International Business)
