SWK 3840. Gerontological Social Work (3 credits)

Problems and needs of the aged. Role of the social worker in planning and providing services. Analysis of existing programs. Students will be involved in the delivery of care to aged individuals. Social work majors must complete this course with a minimum of grade C. PREREQ: SWK 2000 is recommended.
