Focused on business applications, this course includes descriptive statistics, probability distributions, sampling distributions, estimation of confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and linear regression analysis. PREREQ: C or better in MAT 1070 or a higher-level mathematics class.
