FIN 5260. Bank Management and Financial Services (3 Credits)
The class will examine management problems and policies of banks. The material to be covered will include balance sheet management (liquidity, liabilities, spread management, and investment management), capital adequacy, cost of funds, bank profitability, planning and management systems, and the regulatory environment.
