SWK 4470. Fundamentals of Crisis Intervention (3 credits)
The course provides a brief overview of selected crisis and crisis intervention theories, discusses some of the tools and models for intervention, and illustrates how social workers may intervene and/or deal with selected crisis situations. PREREQ: SWK 2000 is recommended
