IDS 4100. Advanced Leadership Theory and Application (3 credits)

This course is an opportunity for further inquiry into leadership theories and provides an overview of the complexities of practicing and applying leadership as a purposeful, collaborative, values-based, and relational process.  Students will explore concrete strategies for becoming proficient and effective leaders.  PREREQ: IDS 2000 PREREQ: IDS 2000
