MUS 3305. Songwriting II (3 credits)

Explores the songwriting process in the commercial music industry. Emphasis will be placed on modern applications of songwriting skills, including writing for industry briefs, writing in different styles, and writing under time constraints. Students will continue to explore the relationship between lyrics, music, and storytelling. PREREQ: MUS 2305 , MUS 1140
